Make your favorite coffee drinks at home

At Baroness Coffee, our coffees add flavor to exceptional specialty drinks and recipes for entrees and desserts. You'll be amazed at how many recipes can be enhanced by adding a touch of Baroness. We've provided you with some of our favorites recipes on the following pages to get you started. If you find Baroness a welcome addition to one of your recipes, we invite you to send it to us. We will post it on our Web site for the world to enjoy.

AFRICAN COFFEE

  1. Begin with 1/2 cup chilled Baroness Coffee.

  2. Add 1/2 oz. Kahlua® and Amaretto.

  3. Add chocolate ice cream to desired thickness.

  4. Blend and mix until smooth.

  5. Serve topped with whipped cream.

AMARETTO COFFEE

  1. Begin with one cup of strong, hot Baroness Coffee.

  2. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of amaretto liqueur.

  3. Top and serve with whipped cream.

CAFE MEXICANO

  1. Begin with a fresh-brewed cup of your favorite Baroness Coffee.

  2. Add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.

  3. Add 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg and brown sugar.

  4. Stir in all ingredients and served topped with whipped cream.

COFFEE MILKSHAKE

  1. Brew and chill your favorite Baroness Coffee.

  2. Add cold milk and sugar to your desired lightness or darkness.

  3. Add a scoop or two of your favorite ice cream.

  4. Mix well with a spoon or blender and top with whipped cream.

KAHLUA COFFEE

  1. Begin with a hot cup of strong Baroness Coffee.

  2. Stir 1 to 2 tablespoons of Kahlua® into the coffee.

  3. Top with whipped cream and garnish with ground chocolate.

Strawberry Cocktail

SERGIO STRAWBERRY BREEZE

  1. Fill a 12-oz. cup with ice.

  2. Add 1 oz. of Sergio Strawberry Syrup.

  3. Fill with seltzer.

  4. Stir vigorously and serve.
     

VANILLA ICED COFFEE

  1. Begin with 6 cups (approx one pot) fresh-brewed Baroness Coffee.

  2. Add 1.5 cups sugar (per sweetness preference).

  3. Add 3 teaspoons of vanilla.

  4. Add milk or cream to desired lightness.

  5. Chill and serve over ice.
